New Features
Icon Tooltips for Improved Navigation
We've added tooltips to key icons for easier navigation and clarity across the platform. Now, when hovering over icons like Map, List, Analytics, Search, Download, Upload, and more, users will see helpful labels such as "Map View," "List View," and "Download Report." This update enhances usability and ensures smoother access to key actions.
Maintenance Form Navigation Enhancements
A new "Record Type" label has been added to the top of the title bar. The label now distinguishes between "Preventative Maintenance Activity Record" and "Demand Maintenance Activity Record".
Site Log Entry Update
The Site Log Entry for Maintenance Forms now includes an "Equipment Type" field for added clarity. This new field, displayed just below the "Record Type" field, helps users easily identify the relevant equipment type (e.g., Site-Wide) within the form.
'Save' and 'Save & Next' Button Relocation
We've moved the ‘Save,’ ‘Save & Next,’ and ‘Unsaved Changes’ status alert to the top section of the navigation bar for easier access and visibility during form completion.
Prev. Maintenance filter group title Update
'Prev. Maintenance' filter group title has been updated to 'Maintenance'
Bug Fixes
Missing Blank Sites in Site Status Report
We've fixed an issue where the "Site Status Report" was excluding blank sites, resulting in incomplete data. The report will now include all sites, ensuring accurate identification of missing sites in the system.
Removal of Redundant Cards in Summary Section
We've resolved an issue where the summary section incorrectly displayed cards for Trip Charge and Overview details. These redundant cards have been removed.
Instructions Display After Rejection
Fixed an issue where field selection instructions remained visible after rejecting a record. Instructions will now be hidden when the record is in a rejected state.
